VISION OF A TRANSFORMATION

BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg: A quarter reinvents itself, from a historic central post office to a contemporary complex with offices, restaurants, retail, and apartments; from the striking architecture of the early 20th century to modern design that plays on the past; from an industrial site to a lively residential district with individual flair. BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg is a multi-facetted village within a city with excellent amenities – a community in interaction and exchange, combining multiple concepts for living and working.

HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE...

…and modern perspectives. The thoughtful and careful refurbishment of these historical premises has revealed a real treasure in the center of Berlin’s inner-city district Schöneberg. It is complemented by two new contemporary residential buildings that continue the story of BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg. The architects from GRAFT have succeeded in giving them their own identity whilst interpreting the historic architecture. Courtyards and passageways invite exploration of this quarter with its culinary pleasures and forgotten corners. BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg is a hidden, green oasis with a special charm in any season.

A QUARTER FOR LIVING AND WORKING

Pastiche is passé. BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg offers commercial spaces and apartments with authenticity and character. From flexible offices and a tiny and cozy coffee shop to a retailer and a hairdresser, from studio apartments for urban nomads to family homes. There is so much variety, so much detail, located in the “Akazienkiez”, one of the city’s most attractive residential neighborhoods. We believe in diversity and we nurture it in our projects. The choice is yours!

A MONUMENT

FULL OF ENERGIE

HISTORY TO LIVE AND EXPERIENCE

Once men in uniforms, with caps and mustaches, loaded here Berlin’s first post service buses, whereas „Frauleins” manually switched telephone connections. The history of BRICKS Berlin Schöneberg is the story of the industrialization of postal and telecommunication services. The site is also an exposition of the architectural styles of the 20th and 21st century.
